How could we complete this list without including the man that is considered the biggest draft bust in NFL history? If nothing else, that’s quite the moniker to hold for your entire life. Someone worse may come along, but they would have to put up some crappy numbers. In fact, Jamarcus Russell is pretty much a failure as a quarterback in every sense of the word.
Let’s start with the fact that he never has a completion rating above 55% and had a touchdown to interception ratio of 13-8. He also fumbled the ball 12 times during the season. He would follow that up by starting nine games, throwing three touchdowns, and 11 interceptions. This would mark the last time he would ever play in the NFL and make him one of the biggest busts in history.
